About Payment

Q: Can I pay with a credit card?
A: Yes! Once you submit the order form on our website, we will send you a Moneris email-invoice. The link on the email will direct you to our payment page, where you can choose to use any credit or debit card to pay ( *Payments are captured in CAD ) .

 

Q: Can I send a check/money order?
A: Yes! Mention this in the "Order Note" section of the order form, and we will reply with our address and details.

 

Q: Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?
A: Currently, we offer COD only in Canada, via Canada Post.

 

Q: Can I transfer money to a US/CA bank account?
A: Yes! Please let us know on the order form when you place your order, and we will send you our account details for the transfer.

 

Q: Can I pre-order now and pay later?
A: Yes, let us know if that's what you'd like to do on the order form. We will inform you once the order is ready to ship and send you an invoice then.

 

Q: Can I pay on this website?
A: No, we only accept direct payments via bank transfer (in CAD) or Credit/Debit card invoiced directly from our Moneris payment gateway (we send you a payment link by email), instead of through this website's host gateway. This way, we can avoid platform fees and pass the savings on to you.

H9W order and Shipping Policies

H9W is a Canadian small business passionate about aviation. We’re committed to providing high-quality yet low cost tools / products that make your build / work easier and more efficient.


To keep costs low, we accept direct payments via Moneris online credit card payment gateway, Canada bank transfer ( in CAD only - with a small discount applied ), this way, we can avoid platform fees and pass the savings on to you.
 

⁠All prices are in CAD, and shipping costs are separate.
To place your order, please fill out the ordering form here.
We’ll confirm shipping details according to the provided address and provide you with payment instructions within one business day by e-mail.

 

*Products are shipped from Thailand

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, our customer service team will be in touch within 1 business day to confirm your shipping quote and estimated delivery date.
     

  • We currently accept Credit / Debit Cards and Canadian e-Transfer (CAD). To keep our prices competitive, we don't offer credit card payments directly on our website, but you can use your Credit / Debit card to pay when you receive our Invoice via Moneris payment gateway, sent to you by email. This helps us avoid multiple platform fees and pass the savings on to you.
     

  • Processing and Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Delivery charges depend on your location.
     

  • Your products will be shipped directly from Thailand ( Oct - Apr ) [ We ship from Canada from May - Sep ] We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

    • Express: Speedy delivery in 5-10 days.

    • Standard: Reliable delivery in 1-2 weeks.

    • Economy: Budget-friendly delivery in 2-5 weeks.
       

  • Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Additional Notes:

  • We currently don't offer self-pickup for orders.

  • Please double-check your order and invoice upon delivery before signing to confirm everything is correct.

  • If you provide an incorrect delivery address, we may need to charge an additional fee for any re-delivery attempts.

  • To reschedule your delivery, please email us at info@h9w-aviation.com at least 2 business days in advance. Otherwise, an administration fee may apply.

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates only. We cannot be held liable for any delays or damages caused by late deliveries.

  • Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date, but sometimes items may be out of stock. If this happens, we'll notify you.
