A special socket and guide designed for the removal and installation of the plug, part no. 500398, in Continental tapered shaft crankshafts in A65/A75/C85 engines.
Designed to be used with a standard 3/8" extension, the socket and drive handle are guided by the adapter which threads on the end of the crankshaft.
This guide can also be used as a thread protector while the crankshaft is out of the engine or when the propeller is removed.
Made from hardened 4140 steel and vacuum plated matte chrome with a 3/8 socket drive and durable POM plastic.
